Come draw a stranger—or become one. ;)
Every Sunday from 6–8PM, Sip + Sketch is a casual, rotating figure-drawing session at The Octopus Bar. There is no formal instruction and no pressure—draw, observe, grab food and drinks, or participate however you want.
Six rotating models take 15-minute poses. No experience is needed and there is no drop-in fee. Bring your own supplies or reserve a $10 paper-and-pencil kit through Eventbrite.
Want to pose? Come early to claim a model slot; 15 minutes gets you a drink on us. Models are clothed or costumed, and posing is completely optional.
Arrive when you can, leave when you want, and meet people—or draw and withdraw, my friend.
This is a space to be seen—or not. Both are welcome.
The Octopus Bar is 21+.
Coming With A Group?
Walk-ins are welcome! Reservations are NOT required, but if you’re coming with a larger group of 10 or more, give us a heads up and we’ll reserve your space.
